An Atlanta DJ is considering suing Jennifer "Oh, Katie! My Life Is So Hard! Pity Me!" Wilbanks, because he's pissed that she's soon going to get rich(er) via endless movie, tv, and book deals. He's talking about a class action suit-- having no legal eduation whatsoever, I have no idea if having a big group of people who are pissed off can qualify you for one of those, but more power to him if it does. (Actually, more power to all of us. Who want to sue Lou Dobbs with me?) According to the hastily-mounted (hey, not everything merits the months of planning that went into Blottered) website, any cash the lawsuit wins will go towards paying back the agencies who spent money to find poor Jennifer.
