Ex-Gov pleads guilty, changes his mind

Ex-Governor Jim Guy Tucker decided he really would rather plead not guilty in his tax fraud case. Too bad cause Uncle Sam just ain't havin' it. Jimmy Guy pleaded guilty in '98 for trying to sneak around the IRS but guess what? Ken Starr got his ass. I love it when ex-gov officials are able to get out of doing "hard time" because of "ill health". If only we could all use that excuse. Apparently, Jimmy Guy is now saying that he was charged under the wrong law. Huh? What part of TAX FRAUD is wrong?? Unfortunately for Jimmy Guy, the appeals court decided against his dumb ass bid.
