Hip Hop's Assassins Revealed
In the old days LL Cool J and Big Daddy Kane would have held a dance off in a high school gym to resolve their beef and simultaneously lift up the cumulative school spirit, but those days are done. Hip Hop label Murder Inc. and crack slinging mastermind Kenneth "Supreme" Mcgriff have been investigated by the FBI and Mcgriff is believed to be the Wizard of Oz behind a recent plan to kill Fifty, and possibly behind the murder of Jam Master Jay [Run-D.M.C] while the [apparently] aptly named Murder Inc. head honcho Irving "Irv Gotti" Lorenzo allegedly laundered over a million dollars of Mcgriff's crack money.
In the 2003 document, investigators state they believe the shooting of 50 Cent in May 2000 was revenge for the song "Ghetto Koran," which recounts some of the history of McGriff's reign as head of one of New York's most infamous gangs. They also believe Murder Inc. employees were involved in McGriff's ongoing conspiring against 50 Cent.
And you thought Hip Hop was like professional wrestling and the threats a part of the lyric sheet.
