Katrina Identity Theft

With all the finger pointing gesticulation over hurricane Katrina, partisans often forget that the real victims are, really, victims. They aren't bloggers or freelancers or news anchors or people worried about whether the 'new' New Orleans will be a red or blue state.
And now a troubling new development has arisen among the victims: The possibility of identity theft.
