Upcoming: Criminal activity at the United Nations

The report being released tomorrow regarding the United Nation's scandalous Oil-for-Food Program. The AP got a leaked copy of the report (surprise, surprise) and in it the report states that the United Nations allowed "illicit, unethical and corrupt behavior".

Does that sound a little like the State of New Jersey???
