He's Safe!!!!

Rafael Palmeiro was today notified that the House Panel investigating steroids in baseball that they won't be coming after him for perjury. If you'll remember, Rafe (pictured above middle) testified in front of the House panel and stated that he'd NEVER done steroids. Six weeks later, panel boy Rafe tested positive for steroids! What a shocker! The House panel has decided that they do not have enough evidence to pursue charges aginst him cause they can't find any proof of him doing steroids before he testified. Nevermind that he actually tested positive. No forget that.
